Amy Swierczewski

Amy Swierczewski is the GRASP Advisor for Open High School - open@grasp4va.org

Amy earned a B.S. in industrial engineering from Purdue University and began her professional career at Eastman Kodak in Rochester, NY. Her more current work experience includes positions as a program manager at the Medical Society of Virginia Foundation and as a program assistant for the AMP! Middle School Mentoring Program at Henderson Middle School. She is very involved in the community including serving as a volunteer at Comfort Zone Camp (a bereavement camp for children), a longtime member of the Befriender Ministry at the Catholic Church of the Redeemer (a listening presence for those going through difficulties), and a member of the School Counseling Committee at Atlee High School. Amy is the mother of three children whom she helped guide through the college and scholarship application process, and she now enjoys assisting other families through it. She loves to read, savors time with family and friends, and roots hard during football season for her beloved Buffalo Bills.
