Dr. Crockett acquired her PhDs. in Healthcare Administration & Theology from Virginia University of Lynchburg in 2020 & 2023. While obtaining her degrees, she worked as a Professor at Virginia University of Lynchburg Dawn/Kilmarnock Satellite Campuses from 2008 to 2019. Dr. Crockett obtained her CSEEP Certification (Commonwealth Special Education Endorsement Program) from Old Dominion University. She later received an endorsement in K-12 from the Virginia State Board of Education, as a Licensed Special Education Teacher.
She served as an Exceptional Needs educator for eight years in the Regional Program in three districts; Lancaster, Northumberland, and Richmond counties, providing services to fifteen students in a self-contained environment.
Dr. Crockett considers herself a life-long learner and is always seeking opportunities to expand her horizons and pour into others. She enjoys life. This includes traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Her passion is for students to pursue their purpose, search for their inner selves, discover their potential, and bring them to fruition. Dr. Crockett is enthusiastic about joining the family of GRASP Advisors to give back to the community through providing services to Westmoreland High School.
