If you have a complaint against a policy, employee, board member, or volunteer of GRASP, please contact the GRASP main line, (804) 527-7726, or submit the feedback form on our website, www.grasp4va.org. If the complaint is not resolved to your complete satisfaction, contact GRASP’s Chief Compliance and Program Officer. If this does not lead to a resolution, please contact GRASP’s Chief Executive Officer.
