Jessica Horswell, PMP
Director, College Success and Pathways 

A United Kingdom native, Jessica Horswell moved to the Virginia at a young age, and although she can often be heard lamenting the humidity, she would not trade her new home for anywhere else.  Jessica obtained her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Virginia and holds a Certification to teach English as a non-native language and a Project Management Professional (PMP®) Credential.  While she has explored various careers, Jessica is the happiest feeling like she had the opportunity to help others.  Her love of being involved in the community is the reason she is so glad to have landed at GRASP, where she assists with the In-school Advising Program as well as running GRASP's College Success Program, Richmond Pathways Scholarship Program, and Workforce Development efforts.
