Lance Warren 

Lance Warren is the GRASP Advisor for Sussex - sussex@grasp4va.org

Lance is the GRASP Advisor for Sussex Central High School and an Emmy-award winning documentary filmmaker.  Now living in Richmond, he was raised in rural communities across Virginia, and knows first-hand the importance of making a sound financial aid plan for college and beyond.  Before turning to filmmaking about a decade ago, Lance’s work included teaching writing to college freshmen and tutoring elementary school students in reading.  He earned a B.A. from Syracuse University in 2004 and an M.A. from Brandeis University in 2008.
