Patricia Burgess

Patricia Burgess is the GRASP Advisor for Council, Grundy, Hurley, and Twin Valley High Schools. Contact her at pburgess@grasp4va.org.

Patricia earned her BS in elementary education from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She pursued additional studies at University of Wise. Patricia has spent the past few years teaching physical education and special education. She also served in the United States Air Force as a security forces member.

Patricia and her husband have been married for 12 years with two children, 5 fur babies, and an abundance of chickens.

She is excited about the opportunity to assist students with continuing their education beyond high school.
